Bitter Cookie N Cream

Received a bitter batch of cookie n cream flavour. I had recommended my friend to buy the same flavour as well, and he received a bitter tasting one also.

Received my replacement which was Rich Chocolate flavoured. Tastes like chocolate milk and dissolves well. No complains for this.

However, am marking down my review by 1 star because or my experience with the communication and logistics, which can be improved in my opinion. In their first delivery, I received the wrong orders which got replaced in a week. The bitter cookie n cream was replaced in 2+ weeks, albeit I opened them after the 30 days exchange policy. Hoping for a 100% positive experience in my next purchase in the future.
